This might not be like other stuff we post on this blog, but I found it very interesting and I wanted to share it with you.

There’s a training facility in the Capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Called King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center ‘KASOTC’, and the reason why I’m writing about this center is because it’s the only place on Earth that has the latest technology,  space, facilities and equipments needed for best reality-based training for special operations forces, counter-terrorism units, law enforcement and others.

This Training center has over 200 million dollars worth of cutting-edge training facilities and support structures over a 25 square kilometer site, fully managed and used by elite instructors and staff.

The site is fully equipped with fiber optic network which connects the Range Operations Control (ROC) to the hundreds of cameras, microphones, target systems, battlefield effects and simulators through the numerous training structures.

The site is not only used to train special operations forces from Jordan, thousands of Soldiers each year from all around the world use this center because of it’s unique nature and top of the line technology.

Believe it or not, this center has also a space to accommodate 500 soldiers, a gym, a swimming pool, cafeteria, shopping market, medical center and even a mosque, which helps soldiers focus on their one and only goal, TRAINING, without the need to even leave the center for anything for long periods of time.
