Ipads differ in both the model/generation and the features “even with those among the same generation”. However, features in all models are as simple as 16/32/64 GB Flash, and 3G connectivity. If you decide on any of the above, you’re left with the model.

So far, apple has managed to release two versions of Ipad; which are “Ipad1″ and “Ipad2″. In general, people believe that the most recent release is always the best, however, I will pin point each of the differences along with their model numbers.
