Never saw this one coming, but Miley Cyrus actually did it and she’s officially a blonde now.. I think that she offended all blondes in the world when she announced her new look but I gotta be honest,she said via Twitter:  “Now that I’m blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo.” and she posted this photo:

she never looked as good as this ever in her life, I think she should keep it that way..
